Tom Tyler

Tom is a graduate of Miami University. He has been involved in residential construction and land development since 1978. During this time frame he built in excess of 150 homes. His background includes new construction, remodeling and insurance restoration. He has been used as an expert witness in the New York State court system and has completed in excess of 8,000 home inspections. Tom has previously served as a director of both the Central New York Home Builders Association and the New York State Home Builders Association.

Tom is currently a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, a Lifetime Charter Member of the Society of Professional Real Estate Inspectors, a Certified Home Inspector of the Housing Inspection Foundation and an Environmental Data Resources Certified home inspector.

Tom has appeared as a guest inspector on the House Detective show on the HGTV channel and is a New York State approved home inspection instructor.

Dan Hager

Dan attended Cortland State University and is a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. He has been involved in residential and commercial construction since 1993.

Dan has hands on experience in framing, siding, roofing, finishing, electrical and plumbing and is a Certified Inspector for the Home Energy Tune-Up program.

Jim Heck

Jim is a graduate of Syracuse University and has been involved in residential construction since 1989.Jim has specialized in septic and well testing since 2002.
